Verify your insurance and/or call 617-860-2039 to schedule your first appointment with one of our licensed providers.

First appointment (approximately 90 minutes): We will discuss your health concerns, explain the principles of our Eastern medicine practices, conduct a full-body diagnostic, and create a personalized acupuncture treatment plan. This will be followed by your initial session.

Follow-up treatments (60 minutes): We typically recommend 12 weekly sessions to address your concerns. Treatments are tailored to your specific health issues, ranging from pain management to stress relief.

Notice results after 2-3 treatments!* As your treatment progresses, you will experience a greater sense of well-being and reclaim your life through the power of natural acupuncture.
* Acute conditions tend to resolve more quickly than chronic issues. Chronic conditions may take longer to rebalance due to prolonged stress on the body, but with consistent treatments, you will notice significant improvements.

AcuBoston accepts most health insurance (we do not accept Cigna).
To determine if your insurance benefits cover acupuncture, please complete our Insurance Verification Form, and we will reach out to you as soon as your benefits are established (usually within 1-2 business days). If you do not have coverage for acupuncture, or if we have been unable to verify your benefits before your appointment, please see Service Fees for patients paying out of pocket.

This is an amazing acupuncture place. They are very kind as well as talented. At least several of them are also extremely knowledgeable about Western medicine, which has been hugely helpful in navigating a challenging health passage. Their community acupuncture program also helps to make acupuncture affordable. Interestingly, several kinds of acupuncture are practiced here, but they all seem to work together really well. If needles are an issue for you, they help with that. Do not hesitate to try this place.
Compassionate care. Kerri has been great at targeting my issues. The care I have received at AcuBoston has been able to offer relief to some longstanding and difficult problem areas. Great for treatment of neurological issues.
